There were a few components of the Evisort system that I really loved. Some of our biggest savings is actually within more of the document repository piece. In our previous world, while we had contracts saved electronically, you can get as specific as you can in a file name, but outside of that, unless you're opening up each individual document and seeing if this phrase or this paragraph is included, it's very cumbersome work. And unless you have the knowledge, the historical knowledge of where something may be, it became very challenging for the team.

For my team, I think the idea of using AI was very exciting. To say, I'm looking for this key phrase, or I'm looking for something that's very specific to our world of contracting and I need to search not only the file name but the text as well. And being able to do that across our entire portfolio at once was a tremendous saver for us.
(00:56)
The ability to scorecard our work and be able to report out to the business how hard my team is working. We've always struggled with that because they know we do a lot of work behind the scenes, but how do you quantify it? And so having one, that ability to quantify it through the workflow component has been really important for us and to be able to support the broader initiatives that my team need to focus on.

The visual aspects of the platform were like, "Yes, I am in 2020s!" It was very visually appealing, really easy to use, and really highlighted problems I didn't even know within our process until we got started.
